Registration for the conference is compulsory. There are no registration fees. Please note that the number of participant is strictly restricted due to the capacity of the room. Confirmation of your registration will be sent around mid-July.

Conference venue:

The meeting will be held in the premises of the European Parliament in Brussels, rue Wiertz 60, B-1040 Brussels. Please note that the meeting room will be announced later. Meeting participants can enter the Parliament through the entrance of the ASP-building (Altiero Spinelli, see map below), where a security check will be performed. Please bring valid ID. Each participant will receive a badge. Participants are kindly asked to present themselves at the entrance at least 15 minutes before the start of the meeting.

Participants are expected to take care of their own accommodation.
